3. Payments & Pricing

• 50% advance is required for project-based work. Final delivery happens after full payment.

• Customization work is charged at $15 per hour unless specified otherwise.

• All payments are non-refundable once the project or service is initiated unless stated in our refund policy.

• Delayed payments may result in work suspension or service disruption.

4. API Monthly Plans

• Google MAP API Refundable within 7 days of purchase.

• Whatsaap Cloud API Refundable within 7 days of purchase.

• Domain Registrations: Non-refundable.

5. Support Policy

• Support covers technical troubleshooting and minor updates.

• Our support renewal plans start from $12/month after the initial support term ends.

• Major updates or feature requests will be billed separately or under a new contract.

6. Digital Marketing Terms

• We provide SEO, PPC, Social Media, and other digital marketing services.

• Campaign results are influenced by third-party platforms and cannot be guaranteed.

• Advertising budgets are separate and paid in advance by the client.

• Strategy, performance reporting, and tracking are included in the package unless stated otherwise.

• Delivery timelines are approximate and depend on the client’s timely responses.

• Final delivery requires full payment and submission of all required content and approvals.

8. Customization Policy

• Any post-delivery feature modifications, additions, or UI changes are billed at $15 per hour.

• Estimated time and costs will be shared before initiating such work.

9. Intellectual Property

• Rights to the work are transferred to the client upon full payment, excluding third-party tools and services.

• We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly restricted.
