At My Solution Services, we strive to provide top-quality digital solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, we have established a transparent and strict refund policy as outlined below.
1. General Conditions
Refunds are only processed under the conditions listed in this policy. By availing our services, you agree to these terms. Refunds will not be issued for change-of-mind, negligence, or service misuse.
2. API Monthly Plans

Refunds are only applicable if the account is in good standing and no misuse has occurred.

Domain or email configuration fees are non-refundable.
3. Domain Registration

All domain registrations are non-refundable.

Once registered, domains cannot be canceled or exchanged as per third-party registrar policies.
4. Website Development & Design

Once development work has started or resources have been allocated, no refunds will be provided.

If cancellation is requested before work begins, a partial refund (up to 80%) may be considered after deducting admin and consultation charges.
5. Customization & Hourly Work

All custom development or tasks billed hourly are non-refundable once initiated or delivered.

Any approved refund will only apply to unused hours and must be requested within 3 days of payment.
6. Digital Marketing

Due to the real-time execution of marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google Ads, SEO, etc.), no refunds are allowed after campaign launch.

For prepaid ad budgets, refunds are only possible if the campaign hasn’t been initiated.
7. Support, Lifetime Updates

“Lifetime Updates” refers to 10 years of access to hosting and updates from the date of purchase.

After 10 years, support is renewable starting at $12/month.

No refunds for support plans once activated.
8. Situations Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be entertained under the following scenarios:

Incomplete understanding of our services.

Delayed response or unavailability from the client’s side.

Inability to provide necessary credentials or content.

Expectation mismatch without a documented scope of work.

Violations of our terms of use.
9. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:

Email us at billing@mysolutionservices.in with your full name, invoice ID, and a detailed reason for the request.

Valid refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you are unhappy with our services, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute. We aim to resolve all matters professionally and fairly.
