100 % refund if canceled within 7 days, if work has not started from our end.* And, if work has been started and the customer wants a refund within 7 days from the first invoice of the customer in that scenario company will deduct the prices of the Domain, Hosting, and Graphics Content from the invoice of the customer and refund the rest amount to the customer bank account Only. Once the project starts and the amount is paid upon agreement, the amount is non-refundable. But as We are selling a service and the service can not start immediately, You can ask for a refund within 24 hours of payment.

*50% of Content & Graphics prices will be deducted. *Refund will be processed immediately but may take 2-7 business days to reflect in your account. *Refund not applied in domain booking. *Refund not applied in plan purchase with source code booking. *3% or higher payment gateway charge is applicable to every cancellation request

Refund Policy for Advance (Partial) Payments
We only collect advance payment of 50% of the total value for any service that is rendered on https://mysolutionservices.in/ after booking the domain & showing the basic design live to customers within 72 hours and such advances are non-refundable.
Exception for Advance (Partial) Payments
Advance Refund is not possible in Web Development with Lifetime Hosting after the project has been started from the first payment for new customers.
Refund Policy for Second (Full) Payment
We only collect the rest (balance) of 50% of the second payment post successful completion of work and such payments are non-refundable. Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Internet Banking If a Credit card, Debit card, or Internet banking was used as the mode of payment while placing the order, the amount paid will be refunded/ will be credited back to the respective credit/debit card/internet banking account provided at the time of placing the order. We initiate a refund within a maximum of 5 working days. However, it may take up to 7-10 working days for the respective banks to process the refund and reflect it in your credit/debit card statement or Internet banking account. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays after the confirmation of the refund by us.

- Our Refund Policy is valid for 07 days for Shared Hosting and 30 days for Cloud Hosting after the first payment for new customers. and existing customers. And you can apply For cancellation in a support ticket if your product is not delivered yet.
- if you have paid for shared hosting and reseller hosting, and then you are not satisfied with our services then you can request a refund within 7 days.
And, if you have paid for Cloud hosting, and then you are not satisfied with our services then you can request a refund within 30 days.
- Please note that refund And cancellation are not available on domains, VPS, and dedicated servers And Also Payment Gateway Charges.
- After Payment is issued From Our End you will Recieve This Payment in 2-7 Working Days in Your Bank Account According To Razorpay, Stripe, PayU Money, and Paytm.
